El australiano Jack Freestone se proclama campeón del Oakley Pro Junior disputado en Bali. En una batalla final contra el Hawaiano Ezequiel Lau, y con unas condiciones poco favorables los surfistas se vieron obligados a sacar sus mejor repertorio de aéreos y trucos. Siendo Jack quien se llevo la victoria con una puntuación muy ajustada (13,83 a 13,77).
Sin duda ha sido un buen campeonato de surf el disputado en Keramas.
